Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Essex

Salary: OTE £40-60k (first year)

Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday

Eos Leisure is an exciting, fast paced and dynamic business working within the electronic cigarette industry. Due to the scale of our growth and expansion into new markets, we are currently recruiting for driven and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our sales team in Essex.

Eliquid Solutions is a  subsidiary of Eos Leisure Ltd (based in Essex nr. Brentwood), working in the alternative smoking arena (Vaping) a sub category within the tobacco sector. Our Brand "Vapemate" continues to move into the high street. Our industry leading range of compliant products are some of the best in the category and we need to expand into a variety of channels.

We have found as a direct result of the UK’s take up of Vaping products that there is an increasing need for our services.

As a team, we have many years of experience in the Vaping category and we are proud of the work we do and the products we manufacture; as we know we continue to raise the bar from a Quality and Service position to the wider marketplace.

We offer competitive uncapped commission structure on top of a basic salary. This is a great opportunity for the right individual.

Key Experience

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face sales role e.g. Field Sales, Venue Sales, Door-to-Door Sales, Door-to-Door Canvassing or Direct Sales
  • Channel experience of Convenience Stores; Vaping Shops, HoReCa, Consumer Goods, Fmcg would be a particular interest. Current local contacts in Wholesale, distribution van sales etc
  • Vaping experience & knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as full product training wioll be given
  • Highly self- motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of consumers
  • Positive “can-do” attitude
