*Make a purchase - Collect additional reward points for each £1.00 spent in Silver, Gold, and Platinum VIP tiers.

*Refer a friend - Each referral will also receive a £10 voucher to spend on their order.

How to spend your Vapemate reward points

We have changed the way that reward points can be redeemed across our store. From now on you will need to spend your points to claim a reward. Each time you do so you will be given a voucher code to use at the checkout.

Here's a list of some of the rewards you can claim:

• £1.00 discount = 100 points
• £2.00 discount = 200 points
• £3.00 discount = 300 points
• £4.00 discount = 500 points
• £10.00 discount = 1000 points
• 10% discount = 300 points
• 15% discount = 450 points

From time to time, you will also have access to product-specific rewards which will be added to the program every month.

VIP Club Tiers

Our VIP club provides benefits and discounts to our regular customers. In the new Vapemate VIP club, anyone that registers for a Vapemate account will automatically be included in the bronze tier.

How it works

Our VIP club membership is based on your spend with Vapemate over the past 12 months. Our system will calculate your spend over this period and you will be automatically placed within the tier that fits. This means that the more you spend, the better the benefits you will receive.

To check your VIP status, simply login to your Account Dashboard.

You will earn Vapemate reward points on every purchase, as well as by completing actions as mentioned above.

What can I spend my reward points on?

You can use your Vapemate reward points to redeem Vapemate rewards. What you can use these rewards on will depend on the reward itself. Monetary and discount rewards can be used to purchase any products on our site.

When will I receive my reward points?

Your Vapemate reward points will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours of your purchase.

How long will my reward points last?

Any unused Vapemate reward points will expire after a period of 12 months from the last transaction.

Can I use my reward points with a discount code?

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible. Only one voucher code can be redeemed at our checkout per transaction, including those generated by our rewards program.
